There is a code instead of password in users’ e-mail notifications

Hi,
E-mail notification for users contains text “password: %user_pass%” to send a password to a user.
But the e-mail a user receives has coded string instead of the password.
For example if a user’s password “dsoboleva” the e-mail sends text “password: $P$BEsmpiFqQmla2SusmVoQio6kr6DBAk0“.
Could you please advise how this can be solved to send users their real passwords?
