    Somehow, my database has swelled to 2.6 Gb, though I have only 40 pages, dozen posts, 20 videos. Whenever I ran your plugin, creating a backup, it hangs first and says there was an error creating the file. Any ideas for getting a backup? Thanks

    Hi Vilayati,

    Thank you for trying out our plugin. The first requirement is that MySQLdump should be available on your server.

    After that, there are a few things that might cause problems. For example, a low WP memory limit, server errors, and conflicts with other plugins and themes, database damaged among others.

    For a more comprehensive list, please visit our troubleshooting page, where you will find our free plugin, WPTools, available for download in the WordPress repository. This plugin can display the errors logged in your error log.
