    on line 55 Fatal error:
    require_once WPFORMS_PLUGIN_DIR . ‘includes/providers/class-‘ . $provider . ‘.php’;
    Can I change it to this way?
    require_once WPFORMS_PLUGIN_DIR . ‘includes/providers/class-constant-contact.php’;

    The error seems to indicate that the plugin might not be installed properly. To fix this, please try to deactivate and reinstall the plugin again.

    If that does not resolve the issue, you might need to regenerate the .htaccess file by going to your WordPress admin area’s Settings > Permalinks and click on the Save changes button.
