• Formidable support is relatively responsive. But there is always something broken. Some iPhone users cannot upload photos without them being marked as spam, or you cannot save styles, just no save button… And it doesnt auto save because the changes you make do not stick…

    This sucks because I have all of my clients with Formidable, and I have to switch to the “other” option that has all the features I need, and it is really just aweful, because I already know they suck too, but at least everything works, even if there arent as many features. But who cares about features if they never really work right anyway?

    Hi there,

    I’m so sorry to hear you’ve had issues! In our WP 5.7 testing, we didn’t catch the missing save button. Since that WP update went out overnight, we have a fix in place for a release today.

    For the upload issue, you mentioned you would let us know if the problem continued, but I don’t see a follow up from you. Are you still having this issue? If you are, we would really appreciate it if you can let us know. We take bugs seriously, and fix issues as quickly as possible, especially when they affect multiple sites.

    I just reviewed your past tickets, and it seems that a lot of them were conflicts with custom code and some plugin conflicts with certain setups.

    I hope you can give us another chance, and not hold a back-end incompatibility with a brand new WP version against us!!!
