    Hello,

In the debug.log, I saw the error message as below:

“[10-Feb-2023 03:55:16 UTC] AI Engine: There is no session.”

    Hi,

Are you using the very latest version? ??

    yes, using the latest version

Normally, that happens if a session is not being ran currently, which is a bit odd; do you have other errors before that? Which are unrelated to AI Engine? Warnings and errors would cause a session not to start.

That said, it’s not a big matter, I am actually not using the session. I just wanted to use them potentially for logging purposes… but maybe it’s not really needed and I will make it an option.

No other errors before that. Yes, it is good idea to make it as an option and default value is “OFF”

When will this problem be fixed?

Hi @tonygao! The issue doesn’t really exist anymore, none of my users are experiencing it. Something is not working for you? Or you have this in the logs and that’s pretty much it?

Every time when open the chat page, the error message will be added to the debug.log file, if many users open it often then debug.log will be flooded. What is the session about? where is it created?

Since it’s not important (at all), I will remove the debug. If a session is found, I will use it in the logs (it’s used there), otherwise I will not ?? I will push a new release.

    Thank you very much! ??
