There is an error in the Plugin

    I have add some pages for “Add membership when user purchases “

    Username is Active

    but when i try to inter those pages added it still Restricted and redirect me to the page i add in the redirect

    so the whole things not working

    I ‘m sure it was working 100% but now its not i thinks its after update

    all my costumers

    They rely on pages that have been Restricted

    now all users even the one i add myself cant accuses and got the redirect page

    Can You pleases do emergency update or something

    Is the automator not adding the member correctly, or is the member added but still not able to access the restricted content (even if they say Active)?

    You can download the previous version here: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/restrict-user-access.2.4.3.zip

    You should be able to simply install it, and it will ask you to override the existing version.

    I must confirm the incorrect behavior of the plugin since the last update : existing members as well as newly created ones are unable to access any restricted content. It seems they aren’t recognized as valid members.

    I have found a conflict with WPML and Polylang in the latest version, can everyone in this thread confirm that you are using either of these plugins, or another multilingual plugin?

    Yes, I am using Polylang.

    I can confirm that the plugin does not work at all at version 2.5 . I have Polylang also.
    I downgraded to version 2.4.3 as pointed out by @intoxstudio and now it works correctly…
