    I receive the following error, “There is an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” inside an orange box. Web sited hosted by “Web Hosting Canada”. Currently trying to use “reCAPTCHA type:v2 Checkbox”

    When I “Remove Keys” from “Integration with Other Services”, all seems to work fine. The error seems to occur as soon as the integration process has been applied.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    “There is an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

    How do you trouble-shoot these issues? The User Interface is not telling me anything is wrong with my set-up. It has been working fine, but recently I noticed we weren’t getting any enquiries. And yes, as soon as I remove reCaptcha the form works.

    I am using “Contact Form 7 – reCaptcha v2” plugin in conjunction with “Contact form 7” so I can keep using reCaptcha v2. ReCaptcha v3 is too invasive. If Google claims it will still fully support reCaptcha v2 why has Contact Form 7 not provided this as a built-in option. It’s not the first time I have asked Contact Form 7 this question.

    Have done a little research and found that the latest version of WordPress 5.1 and Contact Form 7 is no longer compatible with the old reCAPTCHA v2. In order to work with the older reCAPTCHA I installed a very simple plugin called “Contact Form 7 – reCaptcha v2” and can be found here:

    I am using the “contact form 7 – reCaptcha v2” plugin as mentioned above and have been for a while, but I’ve only recently been experiencing this error “There is an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” I have moved over to the “Honeypot” alternative to reCaptcha to see how good that is.

    I am getting this same error but I am using reCAPTCHA v3 when I remove the keys from the integration page my forms start working again.

    Everything was working fine until until I updated the plugin and was forced to set up
    reCAPTCHA again.
