there is no assistance at all

  • I opened a post one year ago because my mail from contact form go into the SPAM folder (even if I use the default template the author suggests).
    Nobody answered. I tried to contact the author and ask again but nobody answered,
    I think there is no assistance at all for a relevant issue and I will be forced to change plug-in.
