There is no demo file?

If you look at Getting Started documentation, you’ll see these 2 links:

These are links to demo files on Github. More specifically the demo file URL is:

https://github.com/rilwis/meta-box/blob/master/demo/demo.php

And demo folder (which has several demos) is:

https://github.com/rilwis/meta-box/blob/master/demo/

Thanks alot. i did look in the plugin folder because i thought it was located there.

It was there in previous version (quite a long time ago). But I thought I should keep the plugin install folder clean, so I removed demo folder from plugin’s folder and moved it to Github. It’s ok as I write carefully in the documentation ??
