    I received an email to say that a particular version of your plugin had security issues and that we needed to update your plugin to the latest version which we did.

    Since the new version, we cannot find the “duplicate button” to Duplicate an existing Campaign. Usually we create a campaign, that we will use weekly, and we will DUPLICATE it, then edit it and send out to customers. NOW there is NO duplicate button (only Edit / Delete). This is very frustrating.

    AND another issue with the new version we cannot find Send Broadcast. Usually when in Campaigns, there is a “SEND BROADCAST” button on the top there so you can Send the Campaign and choose which Group you are going to send it to.

    Your current NOTES still say there is a SEND BROADCAST button, but there is NONE now.

    We were used to that button now is there is NONE in your plugin.

    The Campaigns area obviously looks different with the new version.

    My client has 15 Groups of customers to send her campaigns to.

    Currently with your latest updated plugin, we cannot DUPLICATE a campaign…

    We can ONLY create a New Campaign for EACH and every Group we want to send to… This is ridiculous.

    It won’t allow us to use a particular Campaign and send it as a Broadcast to say Group 15 Firstly.

    Then we go back in again and send the same campaign to Group 2.

    This will NOT allow us to do that now.

    ALL I can see is that we have to create a New Campaign each time to be able to send to every customer Group ????

    When I save it as a Template, I thought this might work.

    I create that template, Save. I can only send it to 1 group of customers and that’s it. Then if I go back in it won’t let me send to anyone else to broadcast.

    My client is very frustrated as the plugin looks different again now in the backend completely.

    Your instructions are NOT updated if things are supposed to function differently.

    There is NO duplicate button for each campaign or old campaigns anymore like there used to be.

    Cannot see HOW we can send a Broadcast (No Broadcast Button anymore).

    Cannot see HOW to send a Broadcast to Multiple Groups at the same time.

    If someone could please advise that would be great.

    There is NO “Duplicate” button when you hover over a campaign anymore. Only Edit and Delete.

    We have partly figured things out, as things are viewing differently.

    We have created a new Template and am trying to add Media (photo). When we click on ‘Add Media’ the popup to see the Media is WHITE completely so we cannot see or choose anything.

    What is wrong with this version?

    Very frustrating.

    My client is trying to send out some promotions urgently for her customers and she is very frustrated!

    She has been using your plugin since 2018 and is now very frustrated last few days with the new setup.

    We cannot even ADD a new photo to the Promotion.

    So I have tried to add new Image from Classic Editor AND drag and drop editor… NEITHER will allow me to add an image … it opens up and that screen is white which should show the Media to choose.

    Obviously an issue with the latest version with current latest WordPress?

    To better help you, could you please clarify which version of the plugin you’re using? Is it the free or paid version? Additionally, sharing the specific version of the plugin would be helpful.

    On my end, I managed to create a duplicate campaign and send it using the broadcast feature, so having more information would definitely assist me in understanding the issue.

    Regarding the email endings not working, could you please describe what happens on the report page once you publish the broadcast? This additional information will help us troubleshoot the problem effectively.

    The free version most recent version … 5.7.18 updated it yesterday

    Emails are working.

    But we CANNOT ADD any new images into the Broadcast or the template or anywhere in the campaign. When we click on “Add Media” it opens up to a blank white screen. So CANNOT choose any image.

    It used to work the previous version before we upgraded.

    I also tried to roll back to another older version but same issue.

    Just to note the way we used to DUPLICATE a campaign was to HOVER over a campaign and choose either EDIT or DELETE or DUPLICATE

    There are ONLY 2 options on hover now, so obviously in the upgrade things have changed.

    Therefore we have now figured out and I have instructed the client on HOW to do things.

    Click on New Campaign, choose “USE template” what ever template she wants to use, Publish and choose the Group name. So I’ve figured that out eventually. It is quite different from what it used to do.

    Client has used your plugin regularly each month, and she was very confused this month as things have changed quite a bit.

    Your instructions on your website still show the OLD instructions also please note. To hover over Campaign and click on Duplicate. That doesn’t exist anymore now according to your upgrade.

    So for now we are completely stuck as we CANNOT add any NEW images at all into any campaign. White screen when choosing “Add Media” from within the Campaign OR from within creating a new template also.

    Very frustrating.

    What could be wrong please? Maybe it doesn’t like the latest version of wordpress and is incompatible>?

    When you send users off to a private support channel, no one else can find out what the solution is. So what was it? We’ve got the same problem that we’re unable to DUPLICATE campaigns. What is the solution to this?

    Hi @highrollerusa,

    The issue is quite strange since it didn’t occur during our testing. That’s why we debugged the issue on our support channel.

    We performed a health check and troubleshooting, and found that the plugin was conflicting with another plugin. The other plugin was restricting Express.

    Could you perform the same test on your site? It might be the same issue in your case.

    Which plugin was causing the conflict? Knowing that could save the rest of us a lot of time if we have the same plugin.

    In the meantime, I enabled troubleshooting mode on my site, and only selected email-subscribers plugin, but the behavior is exactly the same: no DUPLICATE option.

    How should I proceed?

    The issue is: I have the latest version of Icegram Express (free) from WordPress plugins site, and under Campaigns there is no option to DUPLICATE the campaign. Instead of hovering over the campaign, I have to click the 3 vertical dots and it only gives me the option to “Edit” or “Delete” or “View Report”.

    We still have no DUPLICATE option either for Campaigns.

    Please advise what the solution is as this is very frustrating and has been happening for months !
