  • This UX Builder is from the Flatsome theme.

As Flatsome is a commercial product, WordPress support volunteers here are unable to install it and provide any support.

Please reach out to the Flatsome theme’s authors for help. They built and sold the theme (and any bundled plugins), and they should be in the best position to help you use their product.

NB: Even if the new WordPress 6.2 caused the problem, it’s still the theme/plugin author’s responsibility to adapt their code to work with the latest version of WordPress.

    Good luck!

Meanwhile you should update the Flatsome theme, whose latest version is 3.16.8.

I use this theme on many of my sites and in almost all cases the upgrade to wordpress 6.2 was successful and the theme still works perfectly, its UXBuilder too.
Where the wordpress 6.2 update gave problems was not due to Flatsome, but a file inside the wp-includes folder.
