    Ok, obviously a plugin or your theme prevent the plugin to work.
    Could you try to deactivate your plugin one by one to see which one is messing up the image-zoom plugin ?

    OK. I deactivated all my plugins one by one and the problem didn’t resolve. so do u think that is something wrong with my theme?

    Actaully I do not know and I can’t figure out why it is not working : I see javascript error on your website that often reflect a conflit bewteen my plugin an other part of the website that has been coded without following WP rules…
