there is no option to stop abo and many other issues

  • Dear Support, it is really unclear how to stop your service. It just automatically continues charging. I did not found any options to stop your service to pleace stop it. your service is causing more damage that it helps me to protect anything! Slowing page, causing cache issues and other plugin issues, it costs me tons of time to figure out that hidemywp was causing this issues!

    That is correct, if the auto-renewal is not canceled before the renewal date the subscription is automatically renewed, which is a standard practice in the industry.

    To cancel the auto-renewal of the subscription you can either go to your HMWPG Dashboard > Orders & Licenses and under the Auto Renewal column you will get a ‘Manage’ option. Also, we are always happy to assist you in any way, even canceling it, so don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
