    Hello there,

    Can you please check if there are any active post notification campaigns from the menu Email Subscribers –> Campaigns?

    Also can you please check if while publishing the post, it has the required categories selected as set in the active campaigns?

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot with us. As per the screenshot, the settings are correct and should work without any issue.

    We will need to debug it more to find the issue. Can you please contact us here so that we can further look into the issue?

    If you need to send the post notification manually, then I think a broadcast campaign might be helpful to you in this case. You will need to add the published post title, link into the email though. Since it is a manual process, you might need to do it every time whenever you will need to notify subscribers about a new post on the site. You can read more about broadcast campaign from here.

    Since your update, it is emailing a lot of posts. Is there another way to do it manually? Not every single post should be emailed.

    Hi Xaibi,

    I am sorry for the delayed response.

    One possible reason for the issue could be you might have an active campaign that is configured to send emails whenever a post is published in any category. You can refer Screenshot 1 and Screenshot 2 for more information.

    Can you please check and let us know if the plugin is sending emails even if the post categories do not match as set in the campaign?

    Everything I did not work. It sometimes posts, sometimes it doesn’t. How does your plugin handle Update, Schedule & Publish?

    As well as that, it also sends drafts. Why is that happening? Would it be possible for us to send it manually from the post?

    Hi Xaibi,

    Ideally, the plugin sends post notification emails only after posts are published.

    We have checked the issue both with normal post and scheduled post. It seems to be working at our end. If you can allow us to debug the issue on your site, then that will help to better understand the cause of the issue. You can contact us here for further communication.

    You can send emails manually through broadcast campaigns. You can add post details in the campaign message and send it. But since it is a manual process we wouldn’t recommend it.
