    Hi Tonihogan,
    Thanks for choosing IntellyWP products.
Seems very strange… do you see also some other errors inside the page (like warnings etc)?
Are you able to enable the DEBUG_MODE in WP and retry to see what happens in the plugin page?

If you feel confortable you can fill your WP information here https://intellywp.com/report-a-bug/ so we can test where is exactly the problem and fix it ASAP.

    Let us know, Alex.

I have the same issue… no save button. But I also get the following error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1048576 bytes) in /home/macronmusic/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2252

    Hi Lfirth,
    Thanks for choosing IntellyWP products.
The error that you have could depends from WooCommerce products.
Could you confirm us that are you using WooCommerce and could you tell us how many products are available in your shop?
In same website we seen that also with a small amount of products (p.e. <4000 products) the function that we use to list all the products seems to need a lot of memory.
Let us know so we can help you, Alex.

Hi Simon, how are you going with a fixt?

    Hi Lfirth,
Yes… we are testing with some customers with the same issue before releasing it and seems that works well.

If you like the idea you can open a ticket here https://intellywp.com/report-a-bug/ and we will be happy to apply the patch in our plugin to your website and see if properly works.

Due to is a problem that only affects some websites and is not easy to reproduce we prefer to test in some websites with this kind of problem before release the new version.
    Let us know, Simon.
