    Hi, I have enabled the ‘File Upload’ in setting page. However, neither the form of ticket submission nor the reply section shows the attachment field.

    Any idea why?

    Hi:

    It could be that there is a javascript conflict on the page. When you’re on the front-end can you check your browser console to see if there are any javascript error messages? If so, that’s probably the issue.
