There is not enough functionality

    Please make a function so that the administrator can give a discount to any abandoned basket and a time-limited coupon will be added for this basket. When the customer comes in, they will see a message: A personal discount for you. The offer is limited. There are many customers who add items to the cart and wait for the price to drop. This feature will allow you to give a discount to those who have a basket amount above the average receipt or an item that needs to be sold quickly.

    Sounds very interesting and I’m adding this to our feature wish-list. Will have to figure the best way to add this feature.
