I have tried many times to get in contact and get answers from the Arthur. Support tickets are not answered, and if you get hold of the team thru chat they go quiet when you have problems.
The Video part of the plugin or product does not work at all, and there is no help on that part.
There website says they have 10-thousands of clients.. one of them are CocaCola, i doubt that is true!
