When I clicked on my website today, I saw that my site did not open with the note “A critical error has occurred on your site”.
I removed all plugins and activated them one by one. My site is reopened. Product Gallery Slider for WooCommerce

Then my site crashed again. Why could it be?

    Hi,

could you please share the error email (you should get it on your administrator email) here or [email protected] .
also are you using the latest version 2.3.1?

    Yes version 2.3.1
The error reads: “There is a serious problem with your site.
Get detailed information on troubleshooting WordPress issues.”

Now I realized this. There is this error on the pages I created on my website (about us, contact, etc.).
But the product pages open normally. It does not disrupt product pages.

The email should have included specific details regarding the cause of the error.?without that we can’t help you.

When I check my e-mail account, no error message appears.

Do you mean the error persists even after deactivating the gallery plugin, it suggests that the issue might not be related to the plugin itself. There might be another factor or conflicting plugin causing the error.?

After removing the plugin it goes back to normal.
If I activate it, my site closes again.

We tested it with a fresh installation of WordPress and WooCommerce, and everything is working properly. Without the proper error message, we cannot provide assistance. If you require advanced support, please refer to this article https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/codeixer-quick-support-read-this-first/.

In this case, I will delete the plugin and install a different plugin.
Because when I activate the plugin, the site does not work.
