    Hi Matt,

    I have checked our multisite and try to replicate the issue. But I am not able to replicate the issue on our multisite.

    Can you please let me know did you activate the plugin from network plugins page or it is activated from the individual child plugins page?

    If you have activated the plugin on Network plugins page then can you kindly deactivate abandoned cart plugin from network plugins page and then individually activate the abandoned cart plugin on the child plugins page?

    If the issue still persists after activating the plugin in individual site then, can you please create on ticket at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com with admin details of your site?

    It would be great if you could provide me FTP details, so it can help debug the issue quickly.
