    I did full update to latest version of WP (4.9) and WC Services and all the other software today.

    When printing labels, I am getting this error now

    “There was a problem purchasing your shipping label. Please try again in a moment.”

    I have been trying for a whle all morning and it doesn’t work. If it goes away by itself, I will post here to close the case.

    Hi zanza321,

    Thanks for reporting — we’re looking into it. It’s not quite clear how the version upgrades may have affected things, as this appears to be an error on the backend. Could it be that the transaction is being declined due to an issue with the card you are using? In that case, you can update it at WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping labels.

    thanks for the reply! I do not think its the credit card, since I was using it fine before the update to 4.9. Any ideas how I could troubleshoot?

    Can you try adding a different card to your account? We’ve found that sometimes this error is addressed by trying something else.

    Ok, problem seems resolved for now. I will update if anything changes. Here is what I did.

    Followed piratepenpen suggested, added different card to account.
    Printing worked OK.
    Then, I switched back to previous card (that was giving problems)
    Printing worked OK.

    So, whatever the problem was, it is resolved now. I switched cards, then switched back. I am not sure if the switching fixed it, or was coincidence or something else?!

    Hello all,

    I seem to be having the same problem during my “Create Shipping Label”. I receive the message: “There was a problem purchasing your shipping label. Please try again in a moment.”

    I’ve waited hours and continue to see the same error. I followed the same steps as above by adding a new card and trying that card, then flipping back to the original card. Also removing all cards, then just adding one, and none resolved the issue.

    When checking card activity, I do see the pending charges both on the card issuers page, as well as the wordpress purchase activity page.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    What is the fix for this? Adding an different card then reverting does not seem to fix it form me. I can add many cards in woo.com but nothing shows in the shipping label side, not even a refres
