    I’ve searched for topics and all of them show steps that I have duplicated but none of the steps have worked. There is no log of errors in my site for Payments. This has been ongoing for a while. I am the webmaster for this site. I reinstalled a fresh copy of this plugin. Jetpack is up to date. Woocommerce is up to date. The site used a default wordpress theme and it still did not work. WordPress is also up to date. PHP is at the latest stable version on a great reliable server. I disabled all plugins except woocommerce, payments and jetpack and it still wouldn’t work. I installed a clone and tried it and it still wouldn’t work. Can I get some assistance please?

    I understand that you are unable to install the plugin on your site.

    I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
