I’m currently in the process of setting up WooCommerce payments on my website and have encountered an issue that I’m unable to resolve.

Upon configuring the payment settings, I have run into a persistent error message that reads, “There was a problem redirecting you to the account connection page. Please try again.”

Could you please provide a step-by-step instructions or insights on this? I already done the basics and still the error persists.

From what I gather, a technical difficulty was encountered while setting up WooPayments.

Just to clarify, how far were you able to proceed, following the steps detailed here?

Additionally, could you please provide us with a screenshot so that we can see what you are describing?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:

    Hi there!
Thank you very much for your response.

Actually, this was already set up before and working just fine. However, when I checked recently, this was the result.

I’ve tried removing the woopayments and installing again but it didn’t work.

    Hi @eleascrubs,

I understand you are having trouble with WooCommerce Payments. Please make sure that your site meets the minimum requirements for WooCommerce Payments, such as having an SSL certificate, using WordPress 5.6 or higher, and WooCommerce 4.9 or higher. You can check the full list of requirements here.

Also, try clearing the WooCommerce Payments account cache by following these steps:

    • Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools page.
    • Scroll down to the Clear WooPayments account cache tool.
    • Click Clear.

This tool will clear the cached account details so that they are immediately refreshed from the WooCommerce Payments server.

If the issue persists, please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

We hope to hear from you soon and help you resolve this issue.
