    Hi, I’m testing your plugin and I’ve changed a couple of texts and now it won’t let me change again, I updated your plugin this morning … I don’t know if it will have something to do with it, thanks.

  • Hello I have the same problem when try to update tamplate – “There was a problem updating the email template. Please contact the plugin author via support forum.”
    Also cant create new one. Whats Happen?

    Hi, I have the same problem. After updating the plugin, it will print an error message. When I make minor changes to the text of the email template it doesn’t save. It states that I should contact support.

    Same problem here (i use DIVI theme but..?) … since a few days impossible to save update….

    I apologize for the delay in response and for the inconvenience caused to you due to this.

    I tried to replicate this issue at our end but I am unable to replicate it. However, I have escalated this issue to the development team and will let you know the update on this as soon as I hear back from the development team.

    Yesterday, we have released an update 5.11.1 of our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin in which we have released the fix for the issue you are facing. So kindly update the plugin to its latest v5.11.1 and see if you are able to update the email templates successfully or not?

    Nope version 5.11.1 is changing nothing for me, the problem still exist. What this mean in faq “On Multisite, if you have activated the plugin from Network site then please deactivate it and activate the Abandoned Cart Lite plugin from an Individual site. So, one default email template will be created on the activation of the plugin and you can create new email template.” Where is that option for multisite or indivual? How to activate the Abandoned Cart Lite plugin from an Individua?

    Delete and install again solved the problem, thaks for great plugin~
