There was an error: ERROR EN EL PROCESO VALIDACION

  • Hi, I am setting up SEUR for client and Every time I try to make a shipping note. It gives me this error
    “There was an error: ERROR EN EL PROCESO VALIDACION”
    Also when I try to make a pickup request it give me an error
    “Trying to access array offset on value of type null”

    I am trying to troubleshoot the issue but am unable to find the real cause

    Any comments

    Hi @hfnoxious,

    I have spoken to SEUR, and they have told me that the best thing to do is to contact their support on this email [email protected], as they will be able to look at what is being sent and the reason for the error on their end.
