    Hello,
The plugin apparently does not manage to recover the statistics (error message “There was an error getting your stats”), I tested various things, without success, the fields remain systematically “white” with no data…
    Thanks for your help.

    Hello @jeffstieler,

No not really, always the same data problems that do not appear … everything is blank since the last update…

    Hello @rezocom,

Sorry I misunderstood – your prior message said “It’s ok datas appears for me, maybe caching problem” so I thought your issue was resolved.

The “there was an error” message points to an issue making the API call to retrieve report data. Are you able to open your browser developer tools to see the error in the console?

Chrome: View > Developer > Developer Tools
Firefox: Tools > Web Developer > Toggle Tools
Safari: Develop > Show Web Inspector

    hello Jeff,
The problem was gone but returned ………….
I have firefox, I see the development console, can you explain to me the exact procedure you want me to perform?
I see a lot of 403 error for your plugin on the “network” part of the development console …
    Thanks

    Hi @rezocom,

The 403 errors are likely the culprit – are they to endpoints like /wp-json/wc/v4/orders?

If so, do you perhaps have a security plugin that restricts access to the WP REST API? Or perhaps some firewall rules at your hosting level that might restrict access?

    (@rezocom)

Yes I modified some options of my security plugins, on the REST API side, and it seems to have restored the data analysis functions of your plugin, I will do some additional tests to see … Thanks

Glad to hear you’re on the path to resolving this @rezocom!

If you have any further questions or issues with WooCommerce Admin, don’t hesitate to open a new support thread.

    Thank you.
