Could you please try increasing your server’s PHP Time Limit?

The analytics data is synced via the action scheduler so 30 seconds seems a bit low.

Just to clarify, the PHP Time Limit is the maximum amount of time that PHP scripts are allowed to run. If any script runs longer than the set time, PHP will stop it and flag an error. You can adjust this by tweaking the max_execution_time in your PHP configuration file. Your hosting provider should be able to help you with this.

Thanks for sharing the above.

Can you see if deactivating and reactivating WooCommerce makes any difference?

If not, can you try deleting WooCommerce, downloading a fresh copy here, and then installing this to see if the issue is resolved?

Just to add – deleting the WooCommerce plugin will not affect your WooCommerce data in any way, all orders, customer etc will still be there once WooCommerce has been reinstalled.

We always recommend ensuring that you have a good backup of your full site and database before doing this, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.

Should the issue persist, please can you share any browser console errors on the page experiencing the issue.  You can read more about using your browser console to identify errors here.

Lastly, can you try accessing your dashboard using a different browser and see if the same issue occurs, so that we can see if this is browser-specific?

I trying deactivating and reinstalling WC but it’s still the same. I also have the same problem in both Chrome and FirefoxTools

Can you reach out to your host and check if there is any firewall installed on your server or server-side security that might be blocking the connection to the database?

In the meantime, can you please navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Logs and share a copy of any fatal error log found there.
