  • Hi @azmatprince

Since this looks a lot like a conflict with some other code, the first recommended step is the conflict test:

??*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

    With best of regards,
    Gabriel

Dear sir, i have find out the error coming from i have installed “User submitted post plugin ” when i disable it my problem solved it mean i need to use any other post submitted plugin ?

Sir, is their any other settings required for confirmation email received to new user Now this message shows after for submitting
“Before you can access your account adeel, you need to confirm your email address. Please check your inbox and click the activation link.”

    Hello @azmatprince

Regarding the There was an error in the submitted form registration issue, do you mean this plugin?

I have tried reproducing the problem with no success so far, activated that plugin, but PB registration is still working properly on my test rig. Do you have any particular settings that I should be aware of?

And regarding the second issue, there are no other settings required for the email confirmation. Are there any problems? Perhaps illustrate with a screenshot.

Ending with a small request: please start new topics for new issues — it helps make our job a bit easier, and also is more clear for everyone else.

    With best of regards,
    Gabriel

thank you sir, i understand your point. but i mean that when i disable user submitted post plugin then it works it means compatibility issue both plugins i think so.

    Hello @azmatprince

All right then, here is the next recommended step. This test might take 5 or 10 minutes of your time, but it will be *very* helpful.

Please install a fresh WordPress in a subdirectory of your current install, leaving everything as it is, all the settings on default.

Then install and activate only our plugin and User Submitted Posts, again with all settings on default, making only the changes that are absolutely necessary.

Does the problem reproduce or not?

Please let me know so that I can return with further instructions depending on the answer.

    With best regards,
    Gabriel

Dear sir, i have pointed out one problem with user submitted post that when i enable the option of tag drop down list in setting area of user submitted post then i found this error after uncheck this option the issue resolved.

    Hi @azmatprince

All right, I have found in User Submitted Posts -> Settings:

    A setting called:

Use Existing Tags — Check this box to display a select/dropdown menu of existing tags (valid when Tag field is displayed)

    Is that the one?

I have enabled it, but the problem still does not reproduce, I can register just fine with Profile Builder.

Or maybe I have not understood correctly and got the wrong setting in User Submitted Posts?

If so, then please tell me the exact name of the setting.

There is nothing called exactly “tag drop down list”.

    With best of regards,
    Gabriel

Yes sir it was same only one settings on form that was, Check this box to display a select/dropdown menu of existing tag..
When checked this on then the above said error was shown. I have no idea how to resolve this point..

    Hi @azmatprince

Again, it would really help if you could reproduce this on a fresh instance, on the same server, in a sub-directory of your current install, leaving all other settings on default.

I don’t know where else to go from here.

That is the next recommended step.

    With best of wishes,
    Gabriel
