because i have a reseller account with my hosting provider, i was seeing this issue across several sites and forms. Ended up with there being a Firewall issue along with a CageFS filesystem problem. Everything is working again following resolution.

Hey, elyman, if this problem started happening recently, then maybe your email server settings have been changed by your hosting company.

Try using an SMTP plugin to see if that will allow you to send emails from your form.

I have the orange message this means spam issue.

Unfortunately, the resolution of this issue by changing the captcha back to ReCaptcha v2.
