  • Hi – I am getting the red box around this error message when i try to submit the form i have written.
    I have tried turning off all the plugins, updating absolutely everything, checked and rechecked the code and i cannot work out what the problem is.

    I have turned off every plug in (other than contact form7) and it still had that error – so i am not sure if it a plug in conflict…

    I am having the same error, first it was the WP Super Cache. Reloading the same page. It is off, but now I am getting the same error has you, and I turned off every plugin, turn on one by on and the error remains…

    I couldnt find anywhere to add my keys for Recaptcha 2 – it only offered integration with Recaptcha 3. which i set up – but it made no difference. if there is something i am missing in adding recaptcha 2 let me know… but no – that didnt work.

    it is still throwing that error.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    I still get the same error when using 2024 and 2025 default theme.

    “clearing all cache data” – can you give me clarification on what you mean by that?
