So a client’s website has just gone live.
The form worked during the staging process, but all of a sudden it stopped working as soon as the site went live.
Upon submitting the form, the submitter receives the error message “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” in orange (signifying spam).
I saw online it could be in relation to Akismet, so I deactivated that, but nothing has changed. I’m not using any form of caching plugin either.
Any ideas? Client is losing out on applications so this is not ideal.
