    Former subscriber.
    I installed the free version, now the site is locked with this message “There was an issue determining where Tickera is installed. Please reinstall it.”

    How do I fix this?

    Hi there,

    Can you please try connecting to your website via FTP and deleting tickera folder from the /wp-content/plugins/ folder and then try reinstalling again?
    If it fails or your website becomes unresponsive, please try adding define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); to the wp-config.php file on your website and let us know if there are any errors displayed after debugging is enabled.
