Trying this plugin for the first time and get this message at the end:

    “There were some hick-ups…
The backup process ran into some difficulties. Error report”

The instructions on screen then say to copy that report and post into a new support thread here …

The report suggests it all went ok though. Did it not?

    Hi @jrgb

We released new version which should fix your issue, could you please try that one and send us logs if nothing changes?

In case your PHP CLI is not available you will need to choose “Bypass server limits” in “Other settings” section at the bottom.

Let me know if that helps
    Thank you

Thank you, upgrading to 1.0.8 has fixed whatever wasn’t working with 1.0.7 and it now finishes with the “Backup successful!” message.

I did this without touching the “Bypass server limits” settings.

    Thank you
