There’s a better option than this Plugin

  • There are still major bugs with this plugin that make it useless for me. If you plan on taking payments, don’t waste the time or effort with this plugin.

    Support is very slow and doesn’t seem able to address the specific issues brought to attention. You may have a different experience, but I didn’t get help I needed.

    RegistrationMagic is a much better plugin. It has more features, and an unlimited sites package, so it’s more cost effective.

    I never leave 1-star reviews. I can’t use this product on my own sites. I can’t recommend it to my clients or other developers. And I can’t recommend it to you either.

    Sorry for the inconvenience that you faced with the plugin. We are sorry to hear that the User Registration Plugin could not meet your requirements.

    Regarding the bugs, we certainly accept that there could be bugs with the plugin which every other plugin might have. But we try our best to solve asap when reported. Some issues do take time because of the nature of the bugs and sometimes there is a delay from the support too which we completely understand and we are answerable for that.

    However, we are always working, developing, fixing, and trying to improve the plugin day by day. We are also working on the support part to make it smoother.

    We would love to have you back and next time, we will make sure that the experience is better than this one.
