• It tells you there’s a free version. When you install it says you need to sign up for an account, that there’s a free option. When you’re about to do it it takes you to this price table that shows the free option unavailable.

    Scammy tactic.

[EDIT: looks like this was a temporary issue, and author was kind enough to explain]

    Hi there,

We’re sorry for the impression you got. We had to suspend the free plan last Friday (3 days before your post) because we’re getting lots of registration and needed to scale up our server infrastructure. We did not have the time to update all the mentions about the free plan as it was a rushed decision and we obviously did not want that suspension to last too long. In the meantime, we were offering (right on our site, in the price table), a coupon that was giving the premium plan for 30 days.

We opened up the free account again a few hours ago, so feel free to create your account. Again, we apologize for the wrong impression you got, and we hope you’ll update your review based on your experience with the product

Please let us know if you have any further question

Please, if you do rate low and you got a reply with an explanation or solution, raise your rating (and change the title, while you’re at it). Is is ridiculous to give one star, if the team offers you a free service but has to put it on hold for some days to keep up with the infrastructure. They even gave me a premium account for free because we are a non-profit. So you could be kind, too!
