There’s something wrong with my header

Some important things I’ve noticed: the plug-in elements don’t work properly, the menu breaks and for some reason the header is unable to be displayed properly, it doesn’t work as intended.

Update: Yeah, the menu is having some severe issues, the expandable icon is now as big as the page and the menu text styles aren’t displayed properly.

Update 2: So it seems the plugin is having some troubles not only on the header, I don’t know why whenever I put the plugin’s menu element on the body of the page it grows huge and the menu appears as a simple list.

Please save and export the template you are using as the Header and share it here. I will try import it on my dev site and see if I am able to replicate the issue.

Lot of crashes after the last Elementor update. And it seems the support don’t work on it

@corbanua In my case I believe it has something to do with a few problems on my end, I had some troubles uploading the copy from my server to my host’s and that caused a lot of troubles with the site’s functionality.

Any troubles you’ve experienced with it?

@corbanua, as per the forum guidelines, if you need any help with this plugin please start your own thread. And instead of saying something like “Lot of crashes after the last Elementor update.“, please provide the details of the problem you are facing.

Hmmmm it should work like that on my site, I still don’t know what went wrong, maybe it has something to do with a) My PHP version, which my host tampered with just for me to upload my backup, and when I did upload it both databases did not match, or b) I have a plugin which causes some issues, and for the latter one I’m very doubtful about.

Either way thanks a lot, I genuinely am still concerned because I seriously need to get this working soon, whatever issue I may have, I’ll make sure to reach to you, thanks a lot.

Turns out resetting the site fixed the issue, now I’ll have to build it from scratch.

@bsfherman Another thing I’d like to mention, I found out that the plugin has conflict with other plugins used to “optimize” css, like autoptimize and W3 total cache, I don’t know if this helps but I hope it’s of use to know this, thanks again.

Regards to the optimization plugin you mentioned, I believe it’s just the matter of configuration. I mean, you need to play around with the plugin’s setting, so it won’t cause any problem with this plugin.
