    Hi,

    Having huge issues with being able to print receipts via a thermal printer (Netum NT-8003DD).

    Have tried via the iOS app and also via the new Mac OS Desktop Order tracking App. Setup all works fine for auto print and to the thermal printer (connected via USB). However, all it prints out is reams of code, looking like the makeup of a PDF file.

    I’ve been trying to sort out the print for nearly 2 months now. You support ticket response time is a complete joke and I’ve not heard back from you since 17th December.

    Having spend £40 on the original print extension, then another £56 on the new order tracking app + £48 on the order tracking API I’d expect a better level of response.

    #1749 – I’ve added the above to the support request as well.

    This is pretty urgent to get sorted as the client needs to open click and collect services this week. Everything else works fine, it’s just we can’t print receipts which means the whole setup is useless at the minute!

    @doubledcreative I’m having different issues with the new app. Everything restart computer we had to relog username and password. There is so much issues I can’t believe they didnt test this before releasing. We paid for the extensions and get slow responses.

    @bibhuprakash123 I keep hearing “very soon” and last extension i brought i only use for 6month I submit a ticket no one response. I asked for 6months refund.

    The print issue still hasn’t been fixed. I’ve downloaded and installed the ‘latest’ version of Restropress-Auto-Print-Mac.dmg and installed it but it still prints the PDF code.

    The desktop all also doesn’t tell you what version it is so there isn’t a way of actually knowing if it’s the latest one.

    The time it is taking to get this fixed is not ideal. I have clients waiting to use this.

    Can you please check once to printout any other document using your current thermal printer (Netum NT-8003DD).

    After this test inform us that your printer is working perfectly or not.
