thermal prints are horizontal

    Thermal printer prints are horizontal for both customer receipt thermal and order receipt thermal templates, Is there a template for thermal printers to get printed vertically as all thermal printers are printing?

    Hi Smithjhsn,

    Thank you for reaching out to the support forum.

    The horizontal print issue could be related to your printer model.

    Currently in beta testing, we will allow admins to custom define the size of the Thermal printer paper size. Depending on your Thermal printer model, the standard size may not print properly causing the horizontal print issue.

    You reached out to our direct support system on bizswoop.com too, we’ve responded to your request and sent a beta build. The beta build will allow you to adjust a custom print size. If you encounter issues with the beta build, please contact us directly on our support email.
