Thermal receipt printers that should function with Lazy Eater

First of all congratulations for this great plugin!

In the Take Away systems are very common to have thermal receipt printers that when get the order automatically print out the order, so that, normally those printers are on the kitchen ready to get the order to be prepared. Do you have any idea if in future versions is possible to add a settin for each restaurant to setup a printer that print out automatically every order?

This will be a great feature for this plugin.
