    I hear nothing from you/the support team – this is not a good customer experience or service when paying for a software.

    Yes, it seems tickets are Not Monitored Regularly too…

    I’m having the same problem… two support tickets in a month and apart from an acknowledgment email, I’ve received nothing.

    First of all, thank you for creating this almost perfect plugin. I do have some issues though, is there a feature where an admin can just check the user answers and score them manually? Because, the current open answer set up is I need to provide an input to the answer field. Meaning, the plugin will look for the exact phrase to mark the answer as correct, the same as fill in the blank answers.

    The quiz I am creating includes an essay type of questions.

    Same, I hope Frank and Troy start caring more about their paying customers. I am still waiting for a resolution to an issue I reported in 2017. No response to my recent follow-up emails on January 24, January 30, and February 6.
