Thesis Comments Not Appearing

So I wanted to readdress the question. I have comments that I have approved and at the top of my post it shows 10 comments, but they do not appear on the bottom of my post. Have unapproved the comments and the comment box still does not appear. I have deactivated and reactivated plug-ins, approved the comments and replied, not sure what the problem is.

I’m not familiar with FTP, so don’t know how to go in and fix it that way, but am open to that suggestion and learning if you think that that will help.
