They abandoned the paying customers

  • We were paying them and using Custom Sidebars Pro but the plugin suddenly disappeared from their store and now we are left with half working plugin. I tried to replace the premium one with this free one but the existing widgets created using the premium version get messed up by the free version. Nothing works as it used to work with the premium version.

    I have canceled the subscription and will never ever use their services.

    Sorry to hear about the situation here.

    When it comes to the Custom Sidebars plugin, the free plugin was pretty much the same as with our old discontinued one, so you shouldn’t have encountered any issues like the ones you have described.

    Did you use the export functionality before making those changes? Also, would you mind giving us more information on the exact issues you have encountered?
