They are not clear about their watermark logo.

Most of the embed players will have their watermark logo in free version. Moreover our logo dimensions are set according to the size of the player and it does not cover a major part on the lower left corner. Our customers who are using our premium players also have their logo with this size.

To understand between the free version and paid version, we have clearly mentioned the below points in our plugin page description.

1.Facility to design your own logo, right click copyright and edit logo position in admin once you purchase our package.

2. Option to add Embed code based videos (Limited to Premium version only)

I understand that some embed players force users to display their logo, but it is still no reason to omit the information.

In your description it does say that a custom logo can be displayed after purchase, but it never says that free users have to display a “Contus Video Gallery Free version” logo that takes 25% of the width (I did the math) colored white and a bright yellow hue.

It is within your rights to do this, but I would appreciate if you would be clear about it and allow users to find a plugin that fits them without having to install/uninstall to then continue searching.

I find it best practice to split (a) pros/cons of the free version and then (b) list the benefits of a premium version, but that might be too much to ask.

Thanks for the suggestion. We will put this to our Management and make necessary changes on information about the free and paid version. Also, regarding the demo logo size we are not sure in which resolution you are watching. However, it covers only 3% to 5% of the player size.
