They are scammers

I subscribed to their premium plan and since I wasn’t satisfied with a service, I requested cancellation – they completely became ignorant of my emails even since I requested cancellation and they keep charging my card for the service I don’t use.

Stay away from these people, and the plugin absolutely sucks, it’s super slow and useless.
