The most common causes around not seeing the legal pages generators are:
– Browser issues, ie. ad-blockers etc.
– Other plugin that can interfere with our own plugin. The most common plugin we’ve seen has been Post Scraper, but others may exist.
It’s the same issue with themes that may load various JS scripts in WP Admin and they interfere with our own plugin’s JS scripts on the “Add a New Legal Page” page.
I suggest to get in touch from WP AutoTerms > Help > Send us a message and have the “Extended” option selected so we can have an idea of what plugins you use and some screenshots from “Add a New Legal Page” with the Developer Tools > Console tab opened to pinpoint if it’s a browser issue or another plugin issue.
