They charged my credit card two times [Pro version]

Last year I bought the StartRight Pro Theme. A year later I recongnized that they charchged my credit card a second time. The terms say ”After your support license expires, if you require ongoing theme updates and support, you will be required to renew your license.” I don’t need those ongoing updates, nether have I ever said so.
I asked the support from the company create and code for help, they never answerd my support tickets. After 5 month!
