They don't care about free support! Boycott them!

The company is not big and insensitive, I am a married, father of two that has put 100s of hours of effort into providing Simple Share Buttons. I am the sole developer of both plugins it has to offer and I also work a full time job on top of my family life. So yes, support for the free version isn’t going to be as good.

It is regrettable that I cannot be on-hand to support everyone as promptly as I’d like, but this plugin is offered for free and the WordPress community are often very helpful for other users. If someone has paid for the Plus version, of course they are going to come first.

The past few days I have been travelling around the country to spend time with my mother, my mother in-law and now my wife with our children for Mothering Sunday, getting rude messages like yours is not pleasant.

With regards to your Facebook share counts, the last update will not be related. I noted you saw them come back, I am certain it will be related to the issue outlined on this page – https://simplesharebuttons.com/plus/features/api/
