They don’t care anymore

There “steps to complete” feature suddenly stopped working. No site changes, just one day I went to make a new badge and the section of the page was gone where you put in the steps.

Now sometimes things go wrong with plugins, so no biggy (though it was odd there had been no upgrades to the plugin or WP since it has previously worked). I simply logged a bug report on their Github site.

That was a few months ago. No response. Then I got their email address and emailed. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no response.

They say this isn’t a dead project (when you write them on social media accusing them of having a dead project) but I think maybe that just means that if you need the paid features, those are supported. Thing is, why would I ever be crazy enough to invest money in this in the hope that that’s true? If the free parts don’t work and support is a ruse, I don’t have faith in the company at all.
