• Everything is in the title, they kept my lifetime plan money and downgraded it to their Pro plan for less than half a year.

    Even though I went through their entire purchase process, it was authorized and paid. After 5 months the company sent me a meaningless email claiming that my service setup does not allow their lifetime plan and, for this reason, they are removing my lifetime plan. And now, my WP dashboard show me that my service will expire in less than a month.

    Here is their email:

    “Hello, We noticed you’re using DNS based special SSL setup for your site. Unfortunately only annual plans are allowed to use this special DNS based SSL so we have adjusted your annual to lifetime upgrade cost to extended term (months) in your Annual Pro license of WP Encryption.

    I’m sure I’m not the only one who received this email. I therefore invite all other victims of this unfair practice to denounce it here, so that other users do not have their money stolen.

    If it helps, I can forward you their original email which I refer to in my review, which I replied to, and that I still haven’t received any follow up.

    I can also send you the invoice for my paied lifetime plan that they canceled.

    @jdembowski I see that this user have purchased annual license earlier (we can show invoice if required) and was using the service very well. We have a CDN service limited to annual license only. During the expiration time, user have brought lifetime license and expecting to use the CDN service for lifetime!.

    I kindly request the customer to reach out via premium support forum instead of a threatening review like this asking people to join the conversation. Our premium support team would be more than happy to help.

    P.S., we don’t have any issues processing full refund of lifetime license purchase if this user forcefully wants to use our annual CDN service for lifetime. We’re only expecting a confirmation via premium support forum.

    @stephanobolduc What? Gosh no. This is a review and this plugin upsells. I don’t care a wit about any invoice or cancellation.

    You had an experience with the plugin and left feedback about that in this review and that is valid.

    You reported this review as “Spam” and that was a mistake on your part. This is not spam and never was.

    What it is turning into is support and that’s not for reviews.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics and refund topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
