(NO! SEE THE UPDATE) They tried to stole my website

  • I gave administrator access to Shivam in e-mail because a I was not able to import Eleto template.
    I made a new user and gave the informations to them.
    They made my site work and then delete my user.

    I was able to log in with the username and password I gave them and I could clearly saw that they deleted my user.

    The removal of the user was a technical issue. I was in panic that is why this review was born.

    We have not removed any user and we have just login with credentials that you have offered us for support and later you are also able to login with those details, please let me know then how we have stoled your site ?

    As I already said I made a new user and gave the credentials to you. When you made the changes my user was deleted. I could log in with the credentials I made for you and I was able to clearly see that my user “totyo100” is not there. The only user was the user I made for you.

    Also the admin e-mail address was changed to yours.

    But okay. Is it possible, that when you made the changes it deleted my user?

    Dear @themehunk!

    How am I supposed to know that the removal of a user is a technical issue?
    I only know what I experienced and I experienced that my user was deleted.

    But if it can be a technical issue, then I will change my review and I am sorry for the inconvenience I made but you may understand me. I spent a lot of money for my site (hosting, domain etc.).
